I will be doing some Call ups this year from the 3rd to 2nd tier. One of the things I have been looking at is how to judge new owners in the 3rd tier when assessing who I am looking to call up to the 2nd tier. I think I have found a method which really helps judge an owners ability to improve their team and I call it average category rank improvement. Here is an example: So in the example, Team 2 improved categories by an average of 7.11 from the previous owner. This was taken from actual results. This team was ranked 4th in the league. So one of the main things you should take from this example is that you don't have to take over the best team to move up in my leagues, improving a team is just as valuable to me, if not more in this format.
